ATLANTICOLINE S.A assures its users privacy and security in the data provided for the services provided (issuance of reservations), being only requests and collected the data necessary for the provision of the service according to the explicit indications in the portal and the options of the user.

We assume the following commitments with the users:

• To process data in a lawful and fair manner, collecting only the information necessary and relevant to the purpose for which it is intended;

• Allow the data subject to access and correct information about him / her, transmitting them in a language that is clearly and accurately corresponding to the content of the register;

• Guarantee free of charge the right to delete the data used when required by the holder;
